Elgin White has today announced the appointment of Arnoud van Balen as Director. From the firm’s new office in The Netherlands, also announced today, Arnoud will lead Elgin White’s rapid expansion into the region.
Arnoud is recognised for his ability to collaborate closely with investment management customers and engage at the most senior levels of management. He has a proven record of helping to refine operating models, as part of complex, strategic business transformation and change programmes.
Already well known throughout the Dutch financial services community, having worked in the sector for more than twenty-five years, Arnoud will be especially familiar to customers and partners of SimCorp, where he has worked since 2012. For the last six years, Arnoud has led multi-discipline teams of consultants and project managers, operating across Europe, specialising in IBOR and Alternative Investments.
Prior to 2012, Arnoud gained vast experience in project management, solution architecture and project implementation at a variety of consultancies and financial institutions including Aegon, Rabobank and PGGM Investments.
